Sweatpants

Sweatpants were invented in the 1920’s.  Since then, when one departs from a room, the old metaphor, “I’m out like a boner in sweatpants” is immediately applied and instantly looked down upon.  But in this day of age in the current economic situation this country is in, a new saying must take its place when boarding up windows of a recently shut down business.  That is why I came up with, “Thanks to the economy, I’m out like a sole proprietor of a sweatpants shop.”  By the way, if anyone is looking to purchase some comfortable 100% lambs wool sweatpants, I’m the guy you’re looking for.
